Buying from the La Magie Kids online store is very easy and simple. The website offers several options for you to find the items you are looking for, making your experience dynamic and even more real.
You can find products by browsing the Menu, the “Search” field or even the highlights on the Home page.
The Menu allows you to browse by category or the latest news on the website.
The “Search” option allows you to do a direct search and find several suggestions according to the term chosen.
Browsing
After browsing the various categories and choosing the product, you will find technical and descriptive information about the items on the left side of the photos, which can also be seen in detail by zooming in. Then, simply choose the size that best suits your body type.
To complete the purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button and then “Finalize Purchase”. Follow the registration and payment procedures.
Want to see more products? Just click on “Continue Shopping”, browse further and, whenever you want, add even more items to your bag. You will have the option to “View Bag” or “Finalize Purchase”.
Payment Methods
Payment methods are through Pagar.me, Pix or Bank Transfer.
Purchases can be paid in up to 10 installments on credit cards with a minimum installment of R$70.00. Interest-free in 3 installments.
How much is shipping?
The amount varies according to the product chosen and the delivery location. It will be indicated during the purchase, before the order is finalized.
La Magie Kids offers free shipping on purchases over R$450.00 throughout Brazil.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies according to the city, state and type of shipping chosen at the time of purchase (by Correios or carrier). This period begins to be counted from the authorization of the purchase by the credit card administrator.
It may take up to 24 hours for the card administrator to release the order.
Purchases made and approved before midnight will be shipped within two business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the first business day following authorization by the credit card administrator or financial institution. The carrier/post office deadline + the order processing deadline (2 days) must be taken into account.
The order will be delivered according to the deadline determined by the post office for the region’s zip code.
Possible reasons for delays in delivery:
– Unsuccessful delivery due to the customer’s absence at the delivery address registered on the website;
– Incorrect or incomplete registered address;
– Change of address;
– Unusual eventualities for reasons inherent to our operations, such as natural disasters, general strikes and/or any other force majeure;
– Your address may be classified by the Post Office as an area with a different delivery deadline. This means that the delivery deadline is redefined by the Post Office, without prior consultation or information.
Exchange policy
EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECTS*: The customer can choose to exchange or receive a refund – and will be reimbursed for the shipping cost.
Damages caused by misuse or improper washing will not be the responsibility of La Magie Kids. Remember to always follow the washing instructions on the labels.
RETURNS*: You must inform [email protected] via email about your regret regarding the purchase made on our website within 7 calendar days after receiving the merchandise and send the item in perfect condition within 7 days after your complaint. The customer can choose to keep the credit for the product or receive a refund of the value of the item (payments made by credit card are subject to the carrier’s deadlines). The return requested by the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. In cases of product problems or shipping errors in the order, the shipping cost will be paid by La Magie Kids. EXCHANGE*: The customer has 7 days to exchange the size or model and the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
*ATTENTION: To exchange or return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the tags attached and have not been used.
